Toxic Mold - Post Remediation Validation Report
Mold
spores cannot be seen. That's why lab testing is so important
at the end of the remediation (removal of the mold) process. This
testing needs to be done before containment is removed or any reconstruction
begins.
This
validation testing after remediation is included in the Post Remediation
Validation Report. This Report can be an important document
in a property sale. The testing confirms that elevated levels
of mold spores (the mold reservoirs) have been removed.
We provide Post Remediation Validation Reports after your remediator
has completed the removal and cleanup. The appropriate levels
for cleanup are part of this report.
Part
of the criteria is receiving a dust free environment. The
particle meter is used as a preliminary indicator at this part of
the project. This is done before any further lab testing is
completed.
Post
Remediation Validation testing
assures you that toxic mold levels are comparable to outside, which
is the nationally recognized criterion for acceptance today.
To
maintain a successful mold removal you must maintain the building
in a leak free condition.
