Water Leaks - Infrared Detection

We find the water leaks with infrared cameras and other industry standard techniques. When your general contractor or roofer gives up in finding your leak, call us. We are experts at finding exterior water leaks.

We look for different surface temperatures; specifically water makes building materials wetter in an irregular pattern. There's a bit more to it than that but you get the idea.

Infrared won't work on all building materials; marble and concrete can be difficult. Give us a call and let's talk about your specific needs.

This infrared photo of the window shows exactly where it is leaking - it's the blue area. Cold water was sprayed against this window immediately before this photo was taken.
