Environmental Assessments

We begin our indoor environmental assessment with these six key indicators:

• Temperature and humidity – these are comfort parameters
• CO – safety parameters
• CO2 - ventilation, general air quality indicators
• VOCs – total volatile organic compounds – chemical off-gassing safety and comfort parameters
• Particulates – dust, smoke, poor filtration  - both comfort and safety

During this testing, an inspection is done to see if there is evidence of moisture intrusions. Mold testing is performed, if indicated.

Lead paint testing is performed as indicated during the inspection.

Appropriate asbestos testing is also performed.
