Water Leaks - Electric Panels

Some commercial insurance policies require a yearly infrared inspection of all electric panels as fire prevention and preventative maintenance.

This type of survey is always recommended in large commercial office buildings as part of routine maintenance.  It's an inexpensive, immediate way to see if there are any potential fire hazards, like the one shown below.  These surveys are done with your licensed electrician onsite.  Our report will provide him/her with a photo record of all panels with the location of the problems identified.
