If you include only the facts
and leave out the emotion (a very difficult thing to do, we realize),
it will assist any attorney help you quicker, faster and usually
cheaper.
You should start at the beginning
and work forward; not "there's mold everywhere and I'm dying",
rather "I purchased the house on Jan. 1, 2004 from John Doe
who didn't tell me the the hardwood floor was installed directly
over the dirt which caused mold to grow on the walls of the bedroom.
