Water Leaks - Infrared

We use various methods in conjunction with the infrared camera to find the sources of water penetration.

We combine photos with an overview of the problems we discovered and, more importantly, suggestions on how to correct the problems.

Infrared leak detection can be done at the same time as microbial lab sampling.

This is an example:

The dark blue areas are wet as confirmed with a moisture meter.
The source/s of the water intrusions are the deck posts attached to the exterior siding.

This example is from our report's Photos section.  Guidance is given on how to correct these problems in the opening summery sections entitled What We Found and What You Need To Do.
